EPI’s facility uses industry leading equipment and technology including sports training equipment developed by Keiser, SKLZ, Power Plate, Sorinex and others. EPI has invested in the highest quality equipment including VersaClimber, A300 Squat Machine, and the Triple Trainer. Treston has been in the performance industry for many years. Starting with his competitive years, he competed in Football as well as Track and Field at the collegiate level at Augustana University in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Afterwards he spent time working for Parisi Speed School as a certified speed coach for all sports. During that time, he was also the sprinters coach for East Coweta High School. After 3 years with both Parisi and East Coweta, and being certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he joined the Elite Performance Institute as an Assistant Coach for a year before becoming the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Brock Dale is a graduate from The University of California, Davis, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics – specializing in international macroeconomics. The Southern-California native was a walk on quarterback for the UC Davis football team. Brock’s leadership, dedication, work ethic and performance on the field earned him a full-ride scholarship by his senior year and the honor of team captain. Awards and recognitions from his college career included: Big Sky Unsung Hero Award 2016, Teammate of the Year Award 2017, Captain’s Award 2017. After graduation, Brock took his career international playing quarterback for the German Football League’s, Saarland Hurricanes. Brock played one season with the Canes, serving as Team Captain and starting Quarterback; furthermore, Brock’s performance on the field quickly earned him the reputation as, “German football’s, Tom Brady.” What an honor! After a brief, yet successful professional athletic career, Brock new it was time for something new, and joined the EPI family in August of 2019. We are excited for His future here at EPI, as he brings a tremendous amount of experience, enthusiasm and leadership to our team!
Tommy Duda is a former AFC Lighting and McIntosh soccer player who attended the University of Georgia. He has played overseas in the Dana Cup tournament in Hjorring, Denmark. Tommy specializes in social media and has cultivated tens of thousands of followers creating memes for fighters inside the organization of the UFC. His work on the page MemeMartialArts has been featured on Fox Sports One, Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show, and TMZ alongside numerous martial artists’ Instagrams. Tommy hopes to use his talents of marketing to showcase athletes inside the gym and help them achieve their goals of attending the school they dream of!
